At the end of the STEMGENIUS Holiday Coding & Robotics Program, learners participate in a Closing Demo Day – a practical exhibition of what they have learned and created over the three-month period.

The Demo Day brings together parents, facilitators, and students in a collaborative environment. Learners showcase their individual or group projects, ranging from animated stories built in Scratch to robots programmed to perform specific tasks. Others present web pages, games, and digital models designed during their coursework.

Each presentation reflects the student’s journey from conceptual understanding to implementation. Facilitators provide feedback and guidance, while peers observe and learn from each other’s work.

Beyond showcasing completed projects, the Demo Day also serves as a reflective session. Learners discuss challenges faced during coding or design, explain the logic behind their projects, and share how their skills developed throughout the program. It provides an authentic glimpse into how young learners engage with technology through creativity, experimentation, and iterative problem-solving.
